Privacy Policy

SoruVS is an exam-preparation app built by Farabiulder LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information we collect when you visit soruvs.com or join the waitlist, why we collect it, who we share it with and your choices. The Turkish version of this policy (Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası) and our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni prevail for users in Türkiye.

1. Scope

This policy covers the soruvs.com website and the waitlist. When the SoruVS mobile app is released, its data practices will be added to this policy or described in a separate policy.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address and the exam you are preparing for when you join the waitlist.
• Information collected automatically: technical data sent to our servers while you use the site (see “Log data”).
• Information collected with cookies: site-usage data via Google Analytics, only if you consent (see “Cookies”).

We do not ask for passwords, ID numbers, phone numbers or payment details.

3. How we use information

• to email you when the app launches and when early access opens;
• to understand which exams people are interested in so we can prioritise them;
• to keep the site secure and prevent abuse and duplicate sign-ups;
• with your consent, to measure and improve how the site is used.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described in this policy.

4. Service providers

We use the following third-party services to run the site. They access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting and server logs · Privacy policy

• Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.): usage measurement, only with your consent · Privacy policy · How Google uses this data

Because these providers operate outside Türkiye, your information is transferred internationally.

5. Log data

When you visit the site, our hosting provider keeps server logs for operation and security. These may include your IP address, browser and operating system type, the page requested, the date and time, and error information. We do not use log data to identify you, and logs are deleted automatically once they are no longer needed for security.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser; browser local storage can be used for similar purposes. On this site, non-essential cookies are not loaded at all until you consent.

We run Google Analytics with ad personalisation and Google signals turned off. You can change your choice at any time by opening cookie preferences; withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and deletes the Google Analytics cookies this site set. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), only our server can access the database, and access rights are limited. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we do not operate. If you follow a third-party link, you will be taken to that site. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites, so we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we delete it from our servers immediately. Users under 18 should join the waitlist with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing hi@soruvs.com. We reply within 30 days. To leave the waitlist, just write to us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Where required, we will ask for your consent again.
